Shing Long county Religious Administration Bureau:
We had found out that there is a person who had been proclaiming himself as one of Garong Temple’s reincarnated teacher. He created a website name The Center for Dzogchen Studies (http://pages.cthome.net/tibetanbuddhism/about.htm) and used it for his personal unlawful conduct. His action had caused damages to Garong Temple and the related policy of the Chinese government.
Thus, Garong Temple hereby declairs:
1. Garong Temple has never recognized this Chinese named Wang Yuan Ming or Penor Dorje (Tibetan name) as a reincarnated teacher.
2. Any activities that were conducted by Wang Yuan Ming and others who were not formally permitted by Garong
Temple should be considered invalid.
3. Anyone who uses the name of Garong Temple without prior approval is cosidered illegal and will be subjected for possible legal action by Garong Monastery.
